Manual and Documentation
Savana Consultants can provide your undertaking with a fully documented system of reporting forms for compliance with the Directive. These forms can become the basis of your input into the compliance and can be assimilated into your own quality systems. A manual is supplied to clients in order to satisfy questions frequently asked by staff, with working examples of transport documents.
Newsletter
As legislation advances, Savana Consultants will inform our clients of changed that directly affect their undertakings in the form of a news letter and updates to the manual. Clients standard documentation, if required, may be kept held on file and any amendments that are required by changes in legislation will be advised.
Telephone Advice Line
A telephone advice line is offered as part of Savana Consultants service to our clients with the availability of documents correctly completed to be sent by fax. This includes the supply of Tremcards.
Publications Library
Savana Consultants also maintain a library of H&SE papers and documentation; this library also includes ADR publications and information on shipping requirements.
Accident Investigation
In the event of a recordable incident, Savana Consultants will prepare a report, as required by the Act, investigating the incident and recommending any corrective actions that are required.
Annual Report
Savana Consultants are able to collate and prepare the annual report as required by the legislation. A full and in depth discussion of the year's activities and recommended corrective actions will be held with the undertaking representative. Should it be required, Savana Consultants will attend Safety Review and ISO 9002 meetings.
Attend Meetings with Authorities
In the event of visits by the Authorities to your premises Savana Consultants will attend, if you require, to represent the undertaking during interviews. In the case of verbal contact by the authorities these can be directed to Savana Consultants who will again represent the undertaking verbally. At the conclusion, we will ensure that the undertaking is made aware of and understands the course of action to be carried out to prevent future incidents.
